Text Pledge is a nonprofit in Greater Grand Rapids, MI, that encourages students to enroll in a Smart Pledge Program. This program includes 10 optional pledges to raise awareness about important social issues, such as distracted driving. While we designed the program with students in mind, anyone is welcome to take the pledges and support our causes.
Our Smart Pledge Program
Our founder, Naomi Riley, discovered an urgent need to educate the public about growing societal problems. In response to this need, she founded Text Pledge and created the Smart Pledge Program. Her mission is to save lives while making the world a kinder place.
