In fact, drivers who are texting increase their odds of having or causing a car accident by 83%, according to the Michigan State Police. Educate yourself and your community on the so we can prevent unnecessary accidents, injuries, and fatalities.

What is Distracted Driving?
Distracted driving refers to any activity that takes your attention away from the road. While it’s illegal to text and drive in most states, we can’t forget about the other distractions that may exist inside the vehicle.

- Talking to people in your vehicle
- Adjusting the radio
- Adjusting the climate controls
